  Cajun Chicken and Shrimp Alfredo INGREDIENTS :  8 ounces uncooked fettuccine. 2 chicken breasts cut into 1″ pieces. 1/2 pound shrimp (I used 31/40 size) thawed & peeled. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 tablespoon + 1/2 tablespoon Cajun seasoning (use a low or no salt variety). 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 tablespoons butter. 1 cup heavy/whipping cream. 4 ounces cream cheese (I used 1/2 block of Philly). 2 cloves garlic minced. 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese. Salt & pepper to taste. DIRECTIONS :  STEP 1. Take the cream cheese out of the refrigerator more than 30 minutes before the recipe starts (or put it in the microwave for 20-30 seconds). STEP 2. Bring a saucepan of salted pasta to the boil with water and cook al dente according to the instructions on the packet. STEP 3. When the shrimp are frozen, thaw them under cold running water. STEP 4.   Loaded Baked Potato & Chicken Casserole This Loaded Baked Potato And Chicken Casserole is a quick, simpler dinner in a baking dish incorporating pieces of juicy chicken & tender potatoes. This tasty dinner is like a traditional baked potato. This recipe has been a HUGE hit with my family & friends.  Ingredients : 1 kg of chicken breast 8 potatoes 1/3 cup olive oil 1 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1 TBS fresh ground pepper 1 TBS Paprika 2 TBS Garlic powder 6 TBS Hot Sauce {Toppings} 2 cups grated cheese 1 cup crumbled bacon 1 cup diced green onion Instructions : Preheat the oven to 500F In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and hot sauce. Cut the potatoes into cubes and add them to the bowl. Spray a 9×13 dish with cooking spray. Add the potatoes, and leave the excess sauce in the bowl.   Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls These Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Roll Ups are all of the flavors of classic Chicken Alfredo rolled up into lasagna noodles to make easy lasagna rolls. A simple weeknight dinner recipe that the whole family will love. INGREDIENTS 10 Lasagna Noodles 3 cups Chicken , cooked and shredded 16 ounces Ricotta Cheese 1 teaspoon Salt 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning ½ teaspoon Onion powder ½ teaspoon Garlic powder 1.5 cups Alfredo Sauce, jarred 2 cups Mozzarella , shredded 1 cup Parmesan , shredded INSTRUCTIONS Bring a pot of water to a boil.
