Ingredients

  • 500 g beef steak (sirloin or tenderloin), cut into cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season steak cubes with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a hot pan.
  3. Add steak cubes and sear on all sides (2–3 min per side).
  4. Add butter and garlic, toss for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Sprinkle parsley and set aside.

Ingredients

  • 400 g rotini (or any pasta)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1½ cups shredded cheese (cheddar + mozzarella)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted water, drain.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 2 cups buttermilk (or milk + 1 tbsp vinegar)
  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup cornstarch
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 1 hour (overnight is best).
  2. Mix flour, cornstarch, and all spices in a bowl.
  3. Dredge chicken in flour mixture, pressing well for extra crunch.
  4. Fry in hot oil (350°F / 175°C) for 5–7 minutes until golden and crispy.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.

Ingredients

For the cake:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup oil (or melted butter)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

For the custard:

  • 2 cups milk
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp butter

For topping:

  • Powdered sugar

Instructions

1. Make the custard

In a saucepan:

  • Mix milk, sugar, cornstarch, egg yolks, and vanilla.
  • Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly until thick.
  • Remove from heat, add butter.
  • Let cool slightly.

2. Make the cake batter

  • Beat eggs and sugar until light.
  • Add milk, oil, and vanilla.
  • Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.

3. Assemble

  • Pour half of the cake batter into a greased baking dish.
  • Spread custard on top.
  • Pour remaining batter over the custard.

4. Bake

  • Bake at 180°C / 350°F for 35–40 minutes until golden.

5. Finish

  • Let cool completely.
  • Dust with powdered sugar.
  • Cut into squares and serve.

Creamy Garlic Butter Shrimp & Scallops

Ingredients

  • 500g large shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 500g sea scallops
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth (or seafood stock)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Season seafood
    Season shrimp and scallops with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

  2. Sear
    Heat olive oil in a large skillet.
    Sear scallops 2–3 min per side until golden. Remove.
    Sear shrimp 1–2 min per side. Remove.

  3. Make the sauce
    In same pan, melt butter.
    Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds.
    Add chicken broth, cream, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, lemon juice.

  4. Simmer
    Let sauce simmer 3–5 minutes until thick.

  5. Combine
    Add shrimp & scallops back to pan.
    Simmer 2 minutes.

  6. Garnish
    Sprinkle parsley and serve hot.


Serve with:

  • Pasta 🍝
  • Rice 🍚
  • Mashed potatoes
  • Or crusty bread for dipping 😍

Air Fryer Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 8 slices bread (white, brioche, or sandwich bread)
  • 4–6 slices cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, American, or mix)
  • Soft butter (or mayonnaise)
  • Optional extras: ham, turkey, beef slices

Instructions

  1. Butter the bread
    Spread butter on one side of each slice.

  2. Assemble
    Place cheese between two slices, buttered sides facing out.

  3. Air fry
    Preheat air fryer to 180°C (360°F).
    Place sandwiches on parchment paper.

  4. Cook
    Air fry 4–5 minutes, flip, then another 3–4 minutes until golden and melted.

  5. Serve hot

  • 2 cups sugar

  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
