๐Ÿฅฉ Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Ingredients

  • 500 g beef steak (sirloin or tenderloin), cut into cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season steak cubes with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a hot pan.
  3. Add steak cubes and sear on all sides (2–3 min per side).
  4. Add butter and garlic, toss for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Sprinkle parsley and set aside.

๐Ÿ Creamy Cheesy Pasta

Ingredients

  • 400 g rotini (or any pasta)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1½ cups shredded cheese (cheddar + mozzarella)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted water, drain.
  2. Melt butter in a pan, add flour, whisk 1 minute.
  3. Slowly add milk + cream, whisk until thick.
  4. Add cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper. Stir until smooth.
  5. Add pasta and mix well.

Plate the creamy pasta, top with steak bites, garnish with parsley ๐ŸคŒ
