๐ฅ Crispy Fried Chicken Tenders ๐ฅ

Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 2 cups buttermilk (or milk + 1 tbsp vinegar)
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup cornstarch
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
- Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 1 hour (overnight is best).
- Mix flour, cornstarch, and all spices in a bowl.
- Dredge chicken in flour mixture, pressing well for extra crunch.
- Fry in hot oil (350°F / 175°C) for 5–7 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
