๐ Berry Cream Puff Pastry Cake
๐งพ Ingredients
Cake Base
- 2 sheets puff pastry (thawed)
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Cream Filling
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream (cold)
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
(or cream cheese, softened)
Berry Layer
- 1½ cups mixed berries (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries)
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water
Topping (optional but ๐ฅ)
- Extra whipped cream
- Fresh berries
- Mint leaves
๐ฉ๐ณ Instructions
1️⃣ Bake Puff Pastry
- Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F
- Place puff pastry on baking tray, poke with fork.
- Bake 15–20 min until golden & puffed.
- Let cool completely.
2️⃣ Berry Filling
- Cook berries + sugar + lemon on medium heat.
- Add cornstarch slurry, stir until thick.
- Let cool.
3️⃣ Cream
- Whip cream + powdered sugar + vanilla until soft peaks.
- Add mascarpone and whip until smooth & fluffy.
4️⃣ Assemble
- Puff pastry
- Cream layer
- Berry filling
- Another puff pastry
- Top with whipped cream & berries
Dust with powdered sugar ❄️

- Best chilled 1 hour before serving
- You can use strawberry jam if short on time ๐
- Perfect for Eid, birthdays, or guests
