π₯ Salmon Cobb Salad Recipe
π Ingredients:
- π₯¬ Romaine lettuce or iceberg lettuce
- π Grilled or pan-seared salmon fillet (cut into pieces)
- π₯ Crispy bacon strips
- π₯ Avocado, diced
- π Cherry tomatoes
- π₯ Hard-boiled eggs, halved
- π§ Blue cheese or feta cheese, crumbled
- π§ Salt & black pepper
- π« Olive oil
π₯ Dressing (optional):
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
- 1 tsp mustard
