Cheesecake Filling

  • 200 g cream cheese (softened)
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Strawberry Filling

  • 1 cup strawberries (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

For the Turnovers

  • 1 pack puff pastry (thawed)
  • 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)

Optional Glaze

  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1–2 tbsp milk

1️⃣ Strawberry Filling

  1. Cook strawberries, sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch over medium heat.
  2. Stir until thick.
  3. Let cool completely.

  1. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

3️⃣ Assemble

  1. Cut puff pastry into squares.
