Crust

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup melted butter

Cream Cheese Layer

  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Layers

  • 3–4 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1 tub (8–12 oz) whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed

Toppings

  • Fresh strawberries, sliced
  • Chocolate syrup
  • Chopped nuts (peanuts or walnuts)
  • Maraschino cherries

  1. Prepare the crust
    Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press firmly into a 9×13 dish. Refrigerate 15–20 minutes.

  2. Cream cheese layer
    Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread evenly over the crust.

  3. Banana layer
    Arrange banana slices over the cream cheese.

  4. Pineapple layer
    Spread the drained crushed pineapple evenly over the bananas.

  5. Whipped topping
    Spread whipped topping smoothly over the pineapple.

  6. Add toppings
    Top with strawberries, drizzle chocolate syrup, sprinkle nuts, and finish with cherries.

  7. Chill
    Refrigerate at least 4 hours (overnight is even better).
