π Marry Me Chicken Pasta
π Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breasts, sliced
- Salt & black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream (or cooking cream)
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 250 g (8 oz) pasta (penne, fettuccine, or rigatoni)
- Red chili flakes (optional)
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish

Cook pasta
Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain. -
Season & cook chicken
Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
Heat olive oil in a large pan and cook chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside. -
Make the sauce
In the same pan, add garlic and sautΓ© for 30 seconds.
Pour in chicken broth, scraping the pan.
Add cream, sun-dried tomatoes, chili flakes, and Parmesan. Simmer 3–5 minutes until thick. -
Combine
Return chicken to the pan. Add cooked pasta and a splash of pasta water if needed. Toss well. -
Serve
Garnish with fresh basil or parsley and extra Parmesan π§
