Crispy Cheese Breadsticks Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cups (250 g) all-purpose flour
- 1 cup (100 g) grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley or mixed herbs
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons butter (softened)
- 4–6 tablespoons milk
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the dough
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, baking powder, and herbs.
- Add grated cheese and mix well.
- Add egg, butter, and milk gradually.
- Mix until a soft dough forms.
Step 2: Shape
- Roll the dough flat.
- Cut into thin strips.
- Roll each strip into stick shapes.
Step 3: Bake
- Place sticks on a baking tray.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15–20 minutes.
- Bake until golden and crispy.
Serving
Serve warm with cheese sauce, ketchup, or garlic dip.
