Here’s an easy, Sweet Chili Pineapple Sauce that’s ๐Ÿ”ฅ sweet, tangy, and perfect for chicken, shrimp, wings, or even dipping ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ

๐ŸŒถ️๐Ÿ Sweet Chili Pineapple Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pineapple juice (or blended fresh pineapple)
  • ⅓ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey or brown sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (for thickening)
  • Optional: chili flakes (if you like extra heat)

Instructions:

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, add pineapple juice, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, and garlic.
  2. Stir well and bring to a gentle simmer.
  3. Mix cornstarch with water, then add it to the sauce.
  4. Stir continuously until the sauce thickens (2–3 minutes).
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness or spice.
  6. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

Uses:

  • Glaze for grilled or fried chicken
  • Sauce for shrimp or salmon
  • Dip for spring rolls or fries
  • Stir-fry sauce with veggies
