🧄🧈 1️⃣ Garlic Butter Rice

🟡 Ingredients (4 servings):
🍚 2 cups jasmine or long-grain white rice
🍗 3½ cups chicken broth (or water + bouillon)
🧈 4 tbsp unsalted butter (divided)
🧄 6 cloves garlic, finely minced
🧂 ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
🌶️ ¼ tsp black pepper
🌱 Green onion (garnish)
🧄 Toasted garlic (garnish)

🟢 Instructions:
1️⃣ Rinse rice until water runs clear.
2️⃣ Melt 2 tbsp butter, sauté garlic until golden.
3️⃣ Add rice and toast 1–2 minutes.
4️⃣ Add broth, salt & pepper. Bring to boil, cover & simmer 15 min.
5️⃣ Stir in remaining butter, rest 5 min.
6️⃣ Fluff, garnish & serve warm 😋


🥥🤍 2️⃣ Coconut Rice

🟡 Ingredients:
🍚 2 cups jasmine or long-grain rice
🥥 1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
💧 1 cup water or coconut water
🧂 ½ tsp sea salt
🍬 1 tsp sugar (optional)
🌿 Cilantro (garnish)
🥥 Toasted coconut flakes (garnish)

🟢 Instructions:
1️⃣ Add all ingredients to saucepan & bring to boil.
2️⃣ Lower heat, cover & simmer 20–25 min.
3️⃣ Turn off heat, fluff rice & rest 10 min.
✨ Perfect with curries & bowls!

💛✨ 3️⃣ Yellow Rice

🟡 Ingredients:
🍚 1 cup long-grain rice
🍗 2 cups chicken or veggie broth
🫒 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
🧅 ½ small onion, chopped
🧄 2 cloves garlic
🌼 1 tsp turmeric (or saffron)
🧂 ½ tsp salt
🌿 ½ tsp cumin (optional)
🌶️ ¼ tsp black pepper

🟢 Instructions:
1️⃣ Sauté onion & garlic.
2️⃣ Toast rice 1 min.
3️⃣ Add spices & broth.
4️⃣ Simmer 15–18 min.
5️⃣ Fluff & serve 💛


🍅❤️ 4️⃣ Spanish Rice

🟡 Ingredients:
🫒 2 tbsp vegetable oil
🍚 1 cup long-grain rice
🧅 ½ small onion
🧄 2 cloves garlic
🍗 1¾ cups chicken broth
🍅 1 cup tomato sauce
🌿 ½ tsp cumin
🌶️ ½ tsp chili powder
🧂 Salt & pepper
🌿 Fresh cilantro (garnish)

🟢 Instructions:
1️⃣ Toast rice in oil until golden.
2️⃣ Add onion & garlic.
3️⃣ Add broth, tomato sauce & spices.
4️⃣ Cover & simmer 15–18 min.
5️⃣ Fluff & garnish 🌿


🍋💚 5️⃣ Cilantro Lime Rice

🟡 Ingredients:
🫒 2 tbsp olive oil
🍚 1½ cups white rice
🧄 1 clove garlic
💧 2¼ cups water
🧂 1 tsp salt
🍋 Lime zest + juice
🌿 1 cup chopped cilantro

🟢 Instructions:
1️⃣ Toast rice in olive oil.
2️⃣ Add garlic, water, salt & zest.
3️⃣ Simmer 15 min, rest 10 min.
4️⃣ Fluff, add lime juice & cilantro 💚


🧀🤍 6️⃣ Parmesan Rice

🟡 Ingredients:
🍚 1 cup long-grain rice
🧈 2 tbsp butter
🧄 1 clove garlic
🍗 2 cups chicken broth
🧂 ½ tsp salt
🌶️ ¼ tsp black pepper
🥛 ½ cup heavy cream
🧀 ½ cup Parmesan cheese
🌿 Parsley (garnish)

🟢 Instructions:
1️⃣ Rinse rice.
2️⃣ Melt butter & sauté garlic.
3️⃣ Toast rice 1–2 min.
4️⃣ Add broth & simmer 15–18 min.
5️⃣ Stir in cream & Parmesan until creamy 🤍
6️⃣ Garnish & enjoy!
