🍞 Rosemary Garlic Bread (Soft & Golden)
Perfect with soups, pasta, or olive oil 🫒✨

📝 Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2¼ tsp instant yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1–2 tbsp fresh rosemary (or 1 tsp dried)
  • Coarse salt (optional, for topping)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Mix warm water, yeast, and sugar. Rest 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour, salt, olive oil, garlic, and rosemary. Knead until soft.
  3. Cover and let rise 1 hour (until doubled).
  4. Shape dough, place in greased pan.
  5. Brush with olive oil, sprinkle rosemary & coarse salt.
  6. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30–35 min until golden
