🍞 Rosemary Garlic Bread (Soft & Golden)
Perfect with soups, pasta, or olive oil 🫒✨
📝 Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2¼ tsp instant yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1–2 tbsp fresh rosemary (or 1 tsp dried)
- Coarse salt (optional, for topping)
👩🍳 Instructions
- Mix warm water, yeast, and sugar. Rest 5 minutes.
- Add flour, salt, olive oil, garlic, and rosemary. Knead until soft.
- Cover and let rise 1 hour (until doubled).
- Shape dough, place in greased pan.
- Brush with olive oil, sprinkle rosemary & coarse salt.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30–35 min until golden
