- 🟤 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ⚫ 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar

- 🥬 Shredded cabbage
- 🍚 Steamed rice
- 🍋 Lemon wedges
🔶 Instructions
1️⃣ Season and lightly pound pork chops
2️⃣ Coat: flour ➜ egg ➜ panko
3️⃣ Fry until golden & crispy
4️⃣ Mix the sauce ingredients
5️⃣ Slice and serve with rice & cabbage 🍽️
🟢🟡 2️⃣ Air Fryer Parmesan Pork Chops
⏱️ Ready in 15 minutes
🧀 Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 🧀 ½ cup grated Parmesan
- 🍞 ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 🧄 1 tsp garlic powder
- 🌿 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 🌶️ ½ tsp paprika
- 🧂 Salt & pepper
- 🥚 1 egg
🔥 Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C)
2️⃣ Mix Parmesan, panko & spices
3️⃣ Dip pork in egg, then coat well
4️⃣ Air fry 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway
