- πͺ 2 packs Lotus Biscoff cookies
- ☕π₯ ½ cup warm milk or coffee (optional)
π€π§ Biscoff Cream Filling
- π§ 16 oz (2 blocks) cream cheese, softened
- π€ ¾ cup Biscoff spread (smooth)
- π¬ 1 cup powdered sugar
- πΌ 2 tsp vanilla extract
- π₯ 2 cups cold heavy whipping cream
(or Cool Whip)

- π€ ½ cup Biscoff spread, melted
πͺ✨ Topping
- πͺ Crushed Biscoff cookies
- πͺ Whole Biscoff cookies (optional)
πΆπ©π³ Instructions
1️⃣ Make the Biscoff Cream
π§ Beat cream cheese until completely smooth
➕ Add Biscoff spread, powdered sugar & vanilla
π¨ Beat until creamy and fluffy
π₯ In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks
π€ Gently fold whipped cream into the Biscoff mixture
2️⃣ Assemble
☕ Lightly dip Biscoff cookies in milk or coffee
πͺ Arrange a layer of cookies in the dish
π€ Spread half of the Biscoff cream
πͺ Add another cookie layer
π€ Spread remaining cream evenly
3️⃣ Finish
π₯ Melt the Biscoff spread
✨ Spread smoothly over the top
πͺ Sprinkle crushed cookies around the edges
πͺ Garnish with whole cookies if desired
4️⃣ Chill
❄️ Refrigerate at least 6 hours, preferably overnight
