  • 🍬 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 🌼 2 tsp vanilla extract

    (or Cool Whip)

  • 🀎 ½ cup Biscoff spread, melted

  • πŸͺ Crushed Biscoff cookies
  • πŸͺ Whole Biscoff cookies (optional)

1️⃣ Make the Biscoff Cream

πŸ§€ Beat cream cheese until completely smooth
➕ Add Biscoff spread, powdered sugar & vanilla
πŸ’¨ Beat until creamy and fluffy
πŸ₯› In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks
🀍 Gently fold whipped cream into the Biscoff mixture


2️⃣ Assemble

☕ Lightly dip Biscoff cookies in milk or coffee
πŸͺ Arrange a layer of cookies in the dish
🀎 Spread half of the Biscoff cream
πŸͺ Add another cookie layer
🀎 Spread remaining cream evenly


3️⃣ Finish
