๐งบ INGREDIENTS
- 1 ripe avocado
- ½ cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tsp dried dill)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp green onions, chopped
- ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 2–4 tbsp water or milk (to thin, as needed)

- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add water or milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.
- Taste and adjust salt or lime juice if needed.
