๐Ÿงบ INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • ½ cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tsp dried dill)
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp green onions, chopped
  • ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2–4 tbsp water or milk (to thin, as needed)

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add water or milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.
  4. Taste and adjust salt or lime juice if needed.
