1️⃣๐Ÿ“ STRAWBERRY TRUFFLES

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 3 tbsp heavy whipping cream
  • ½ tsp strawberry extract
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 drop pink food coloring
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Place white chocolate chips in a bowl.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan, add cream, and bring to a gentle simmer.
  3. Pour over chocolate and let sit 1–2 minutes.
  4. Add extracts and food coloring; whisk until smooth.
  5. Chill 30–60 minutes.
  6. Scoop, roll into balls, and coat with powdered sugar.
  7. Chill again before serving.

2️⃣๐Ÿ‹ LEMON TRUFFLES

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups white chocolate
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 3 tbsp heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • Powdered sugar (for rolling)

Instructions

  1. Melt white chocolate, butter, and cream until smooth.
  2. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla.
  3. Chill 2–3 hours until firm.
  4. Roll into balls and coat as desired.
  5. Store refrigerated up to 1 week.

3️⃣๐Ÿซ CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES

Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225 g) dark or semi-sweet chocolate
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

Coatings (optional): cocoa powder, powdered sugar, coconut, sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Heat cream until just simmering.
  2. Pour over chopped chocolate and let sit 2–3 minutes.
  3. Stir until smooth, then mix in butter.
  4. Chill 1–2 hours.
  5. Roll into balls and coat.
  6. Chill 20–30 minutes before serving.

4️⃣๐Ÿซ๐Ÿค BLUEBERRY WHITE CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES

Ingredients

  • 12 oz white chocolate, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup freeze-dried blueberries, powdered
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Powdered sugar (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Crush blueberries into a fine powder.
  2. Melt white chocolate gently and cool slightly.
  3. Stir in blueberry powder, vanilla, and salt.
  4. Chill 30–45 minutes.
  5. Roll into balls and coat with powdered sugar.
  6. Chill 10–15 minutes before serving.

5️⃣๐Ÿ๐Ÿฅฅ PINEAPPLE COCONUT TRUFFLES

Ingredients

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup crushed pineapple, very well drained
  • ¾ cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 6 oz white chocolate, melted & cooled
  • ⅓ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Mix in powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt.
  3. Slowly mix in white chocolate.
  4. Fold in pineapple and coconut.
  5. Chill 30–45 minutes.
  6. Roll into balls and coat.
  7. Chill again to set.
