1️⃣๐ STRAWBERRY TRUFFLES
Ingredients
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- 3 tbsp heavy whipping cream
- ½ tsp strawberry extract
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 drop pink food coloring
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Place white chocolate chips in a bowl.
- Melt butter in a saucepan, add cream, and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Pour over chocolate and let sit 1–2 minutes.
- Add extracts and food coloring; whisk until smooth.
- Chill 30–60 minutes.
- Scoop, roll into balls, and coat with powdered sugar.
- Chill again before serving.
2️⃣๐ LEMON TRUFFLES
Ingredients
- 1½ cups white chocolate
- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- 3 tbsp heavy cream
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- Powdered sugar (for rolling)
Instructions
- Melt white chocolate, butter, and cream until smooth.
- Stir in lemon juice and vanilla.
- Chill 2–3 hours until firm.
- Roll into balls and coat as desired.
- Store refrigerated up to 1 week.
3️⃣๐ซ CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES
Ingredients
- 8 oz (225 g) dark or semi-sweet chocolate
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
Coatings (optional): cocoa powder, powdered sugar, coconut, sprinkles
Instructions
- Heat cream until just simmering.
- Pour over chopped chocolate and let sit 2–3 minutes.
- Stir until smooth, then mix in butter.
- Chill 1–2 hours.
- Roll into balls and coat.
- Chill 20–30 minutes before serving.
4️⃣๐ซ๐ค BLUEBERRY WHITE CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES
Ingredients
- 12 oz white chocolate, finely chopped
- ¼ cup freeze-dried blueberries, powdered
- ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- Pinch of salt
- Powdered sugar (for coating)
Instructions
- Crush blueberries into a fine powder.
- Melt white chocolate gently and cool slightly.
- Stir in blueberry powder, vanilla, and salt.
- Chill 30–45 minutes.
- Roll into balls and coat with powdered sugar.
- Chill 10–15 minutes before serving.
5️⃣๐๐ฅฅ PINEAPPLE COCONUT TRUFFLES
Ingredients
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup crushed pineapple, very well drained
- ¾ cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 6 oz white chocolate, melted & cooled
- ⅓ cup powdered sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Mix in powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt.
- Slowly mix in white chocolate.
- Fold in pineapple and coconut.
- Chill 30–45 minutes.
- Roll into balls and coat.
- Chill again to set.
