ππ Incredible Forgotten Chicken (No-Peek Recipe)
π§Ύ Ingredients
- 4–6 chicken thighs or breasts
- 1 cup uncooked long-grain rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1½ cups water or chicken broth
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- Salt & pepper (optional)
- Paprika or garlic powder (optional)

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 175°C / 350°F
2️⃣ Layer the dish
- Spread uncooked rice evenly in a baking dish
- Mix both soups with water/broth
- Pour mixture over the rice
3️⃣ Add chicken
- Place chicken on top
- Sprinkle onion soup mix evenly
- Add paprika or pepper if you like
4️⃣ Cover tightly with foil

5️⃣ Bake for 1 hour 30 minutes
