๐ฆ Garlic Butter Lobster Tails
Ingredients
- 2 lobster tails
- 3 tbsp butter (melted)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
- Chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cut the lobster shells lengthwise and gently pull the meat out, resting it on top of the shell.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the lobster meat generously with the butter mixture.
- Grill or broil at 200°C (400°F) for 10–12 minutes until opaque and lightly golden.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
๐ Creamy Risotto (Base)
Ingredients
- 1 cup Arborio rice
- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cups warm chicken or vegetable broth
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
- Optional: a splash of cream for extra creaminess
Instructions
- Heat olive oil and butter in a pan. Sautรฉ onion until soft.
- Add rice and stir for 1 minute.
- Gradually add warm broth, one ladle at a time, stirring constantly.
- Let each ladle absorb before adding the next (about 18–20 minutes).
- Stir in Parmesan, season with salt & pepper, and add cream if desired.

- Spoon the creamy risotto into a bowl.
- Place the garlic butter lobster tails on top.
