Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs or drumsticks (bone-in, skin-on)

- 1 cup green olives (pitted)
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp smoked paprika

Instructions
1️⃣ Season the Chicken
Rub chicken with salt, paprika, cumin, coriander, and black pepper.
2️⃣ Sear Until Golden
