🥩 Garlic Butter Steak with Creamy Parmesan Pasta

Ingredients

Steak

  • 2 beef steaks (sirloin, ribeye, or strip)
  • Salt & black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
  • Fresh parsley (optional)

Creamy Pasta

  • 250 g fettuccine or tagliatelle
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt & black pepper
  • Chili flakes (to taste)
  • Fresh parsley or basil

Instructions

1️⃣ Cook the Pasta

  • Boil pasta in salted water until al dente
  • Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain

2️⃣ Cook the Steak

  • Season steaks with salt, pepper, paprika, and chili flakes
  • Heat a pan over high heat with oil
  • Sear steaks 3–4 minutes per side (medium-rare)
  • Add butter and garlic, spoon over steaks
  • Rest steaks for 5 minutes, then slice

3️⃣ Make Creamy Sauce

  • In same pan, add butter + olive oil
  • Sauté garlic until fragrant
  • Pour in cream and simmer 2–3 minutes
