Ingredients

  • Salt & black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp chili powder or flakes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Vegetables

  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow or orange bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup green beans (or snap peas)
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced

Sauce

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
  • 1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
  • ½ cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)

Instructions

1️⃣ Season Shrimp

  • Toss shrimp with salt, pepper, paprika, and chili powder
  • Set aside

2️⃣ Cook Shrimp

  • Heat oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat
  • Cook shrimp 1–2 minutes per side until pink
  • Remove and set aside

3️⃣ Stir-Fry Vegetables

  • In same pan, add onion and garlic
  • Stir 30 seconds until fragrant
  • Add broccoli, peppers, carrots, and green beans
  • Stir-fry 4–5 minutes (tender-crisp)

4️⃣ Make Sauce

  • Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, broth, and cornstarch
  • Pour into pan and simmer 1–2 minutes

5️⃣ Combine

  • Return shrimp to pan
  • Toss everything together until glossy and coated
