π« Cheese-Filled Pan Bread Recipe
π Ingredients (6–8 breads)
Dough
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp instant yeast
- 2 tbsp oil or melted butter
- ¾ cup warm milk (or water)
Filling
- 1½ cups grated cheese (mozzarella or mozzarella + cheddar)
- Optional: pinch of salt or butter

Make the dough
- Mix flour, sugar, salt, yeast.
- Add warm milk and oil.
- Knead until soft and smooth (5–7 minutes).
- Cover and let rise 1 hour until doubled.

Prepare the breads
- Divide dough into equal balls.
- Flatten each ball, add cheese in the center.
- Close well and flatten gently into a round.

Cook (no oven)
- Heat a non-stick pan on medium-low.
- Cook each bread 3–4 minutes per side until golden spots appear.
- Brush with butter if desired.
