๐Ÿ›’ Ingredients (makes about 10–12 muffins)

  • 6 large eggs
  • ½ cup milk or cream
  • 1 cup grated cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or mix)
  • ½ cup diced cooked turkey or chicken (or beef)
  • ¼ cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley or chives
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Optional: garlic powder or paprika

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Grease a muffin tin or line with paper cups.
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs + milk + salt + pepper.
  4. Add cheese, meat, peppers, and herbs. Mix well.
  5. Pour mixture into muffin cups (¾ full).
  6. Bake 18–22 minutes until set and lightly golden.
  7. Let cool 5 minutes, then remove and serve.
