Dough

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp instant yeast
  • 2 tbsp oil or melted butter
  • ¾ cup warm milk (or water)

Filling

  • 1½ cups grated cheese (mozzarella or mozzarella + cheddar)
  • Optional: pinch of salt or butter

  1. Make the dough

    • Mix flour, sugar, salt, yeast.
    • Add warm milk and oil.
