Crispy Chicken Patties (Pan-Fried) ๐✨
Like the ones in the photo – golden outside, soft inside
Ingredients
- 500 g ground chicken
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small carrot, grated (optional)
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley or green onion
- 1 egg
- 3–4 tbsp breadcrumbs (or soaked bread, squeezed)
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small thick patties.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry patties 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
Tips
- For extra crispiness: lightly coat patties with breadcrumbs before frying.
- You can bake them at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes, flipping once.
- Serve with salad, yogurt sauce, or inside a sandwich ๐ฅช
