Crispy Chicken Patties (Pan-Fried) ๐Ÿ—✨
Like the ones in the photo – golden outside, soft inside

Ingredients

  • 500 g ground chicken
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small carrot, grated (optional)
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley or green onion
  • 1 egg
  • 3–4 tbsp breadcrumbs (or soaked bread, squeezed)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into small thick patties.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry patties 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.

Tips

  • For extra crispiness: lightly coat patties with breadcrumbs before frying.
  • You can bake them at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes, flipping once.
  • Serve with salad, yogurt sauce, or inside a sandwich ๐Ÿฅช
