Ingredients

  • 12 large mushrooms (button or cremini)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 120 g cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the mushrooms

  • Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • Wash mushrooms and remove stems.
  • Place mushroom caps on a baking tray.

2. Make the filling

  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, garlic, mozzarella, Parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir until smooth and well combined.

3. Stuff the mushrooms

  • Fill each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture.
  • Drizzle lightly with olive oil.
