Classic Tender Beef Stew 🍲✨

📝 Ingredients

  • 1 kg beef chuck, cut into cubes
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 potatoes, cubed
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pot over medium heat. Brown beef on all sides.
  2. Add onion and garlic; sauté until soft.
  3. Stir in tomato paste, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour in beef broth and water; add bay leaf.
  5. Cover and simmer on low 1½–2 hours until beef is tender.
  6. Add carrots and potatoes; cook 20–30 minutes more.
  7. Adjust seasoning and garnish with parsley.
