Classic Tender Beef Stew 🍲✨

📝 Ingredients
- 1 kg beef chuck, cut into cubes
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup water
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 potatoes, cubed
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1 bay leaf
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
👩🍳 Instructions
- Heat oil in a pot over medium heat. Brown beef on all sides.
- Add onion and garlic; sauté until soft.
- Stir in tomato paste, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in beef broth and water; add bay leaf.
- Cover and simmer on low 1½–2 hours until beef is tender.
- Add carrots and potatoes; cook 20–30 minutes more.
- Adjust seasoning and garnish with parsley.
