Soft & Fluffy Dinner Rolls (Pull-Apart Bread) 🍞✨
These rolls look buttery, golden, and super soft, perfect for breakfast or alongside any meal.
📝 Ingredients
- 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 ¼ tsp instant yeast (1 packet)
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup warm milk (not hot)
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 1 large egg
For brushing
- 2 tbsp melted butter
👩🍳 Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit 5 minutes until foamy.
- Add egg, melted butter, and salt. Mix well.
- Gradually add flour and knead until soft and elastic (8–10 minutes).
- Cover and let rise 1 hour until doubled.
- Divide dough into equal balls and place in a greased pan.
- Cover and let rise again 30–40 minutes.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 18–22 minutes until golden.
- Brush with melted butter while hot.

- For extra softness, don’t add too much flour
