Ingredients
- 12 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or shells)
- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or cubed)
- 6–8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 packet ranch seasoning (about 1 oz)
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream (or half-and-half)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella (optional)
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: green onions for topping
Instructions

Cook the pasta
- Boil pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Make the sauce
- In a large skillet, melt the butter.
- Add heavy cream and chicken broth; stir in ranch seasoning.
- Let it simmer for 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened.

Add the chicken and bacon
- Stir in the cooked chicken.
- Add most of the crumbled bacon (save some for topping).

Add cheese
- Mix in cheddar (and mozzarella if using).
- Stir until everything is melted and creamy.

- Simmer 1–2 minutes.
