Homemade Cheese in Just 5 Minutes! 🧀

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups (1 liter) milk (full-fat works best)
  • 2 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions:

1. Heat the Milk

  • Pour milk into a pot and heat on medium until warm (don’t boil).

2. Add Vinegar/Lemon Juice

  • Stir in vinegar or lemon juice and mix gently.
  • You’ll see the milk curdling in 1-2 minutes.

3. Strain the Cheese

  • Place a cheesecloth or clean towel over a strainer.
  • Pour the curdled milk and drain the liquid (whey).

4. Season & Shape

  • Sprinkle salt and mix.
  • Press lightly to form a block or leave it crumbly.

5. Enjoy!

  • Use immediately or chill for a firmer texture.
  • Perfect for sandwiches, pasta, or snacking!

Tip: Want creamy cheese? Add 1 tbsp yogurt while mixing! Let me know if you want a different variation.
