Instructions

    • Bowl 1: flour mixed with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
    • Bowl 2: beaten eggs
    • Bowl 3: breadcrumbs
  3. Coat the cheese sticks

    • Roll each stick in flour
    • Dip into egg
    • Coat with breadcrumbs
    • For extra crispiness, repeat egg and breadcrumb coating again
  4. Freeze before frying (important step)
    Place coated sticks in the freezer for at least 30–45 minutes. This prevents cheese from melting too fast while frying.

  5. Fry the cheese sticks

    • Heat oil to medium-high (about 170–180°C)
    • Fry sticks for 1–2 minutes until golden brown
    • Turn to cook evenly
  6. Drain and serve
    Remove and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil. Serve hot.
