Rich, smooth & easy homemade dessert sauces ๐Ÿค


๐Ÿซ 1️⃣ Chocolate Sauce

๐Ÿงพ Ingredients:
• ½ cup sugar
• ½ cup water
• ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1 tbsp butter (optional ✨)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Pinch of salt

๐Ÿ‘ฉ‍๐Ÿณ Instructions:
1️⃣ Whisk cocoa, sugar & water in a saucepan until smooth.
2️⃣ Cook over medium heat, stirring, until gently simmering (2–3 min).
3️⃣ Remove from heat, add chocolate chips & butter. Stir until melted.
4️⃣ Add vanilla & salt.
5️⃣ Serve warm or store in the fridge up to 2 weeks.


๐Ÿฎ 2️⃣ Butterscotch Sauce

๐Ÿงพ Ingredients:
• ½ cup unsalted butter
• 1 cup brown sugar
• ¾ cup heavy cream
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Pinch of salt

๐Ÿ‘ฉ‍๐Ÿณ Instructions:
1️⃣ Melt butter over medium heat.
2️⃣ Add brown sugar & cream, stir until bubbling.
3️⃣ Simmer 4–5 minutes until smooth.
4️⃣ Remove from heat, add vanilla & salt.
5️⃣ Store refrigerated up to 2 weeks.


๐Ÿค 3️⃣ Vanilla Sauce (Custard-Style)

๐Ÿงพ Ingredients:
• 1 cup milk
• 1 cup heavy cream
• ½ cup sugar
• 4 egg yolks
• 1½ tsp vanilla extract
• Pinch of salt

๐Ÿ‘ฉ‍๐Ÿณ Instructions:
1️⃣ Heat milk, cream & half sugar (don’t boil).
2️⃣ Whisk yolks, remaining sugar & salt.
3️⃣ Slowly add hot milk to yolks, then return to pan.
4️⃣ Cook on low, stirring, until thick (170–175°F).
5️⃣ Remove from heat, add vanilla.

4️⃣ Mocha Sauce

๐Ÿงพ Ingredients:
• ½ cup cream or milk
• ¼ cup strong coffee or espresso
• ½ cup sugar
• ¼ cup cocoa powder
• 2 oz dark chocolate (optional ๐Ÿซ)
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 tsp vanilla
• Pinch of salt

๐Ÿ‘ฉ‍๐Ÿณ Instructions:
1️⃣ Whisk cream, coffee, sugar & cocoa in saucepan.
2️⃣ Simmer gently while stirring.
3️⃣ Add chocolate & butter, stir until glossy.
4️⃣ Finish with vanilla & salt.

๐Ÿค 5️⃣ White Chocolate Sauce

๐Ÿงพ Ingredients:
• 1 cup white chocolate chips
• ½ cup heavy cream
• 1 tsp vanilla (optional)
• Pinch of salt

๐Ÿ‘ฉ‍๐Ÿณ Instructions:
1️⃣ Heat cream gently (don’t boil).
2️⃣ Remove from heat, add chocolate & let sit 1 min.

๐Ÿ’ 7️⃣ Cranberry Sauce

๐Ÿงพ Ingredients:
• 12 oz cranberries
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup water or orange juice ๐ŸŠ
• Orange zest (optional)
• Pinch of salt

๐Ÿ‘ฉ‍๐Ÿณ Instructions:
1️⃣ Combine all ingredients in saucepan.
2️⃣ Boil, then simmer 10–12 min until berries burst.
3️⃣ Cool before serving (thickens as it cools).

• 2 cups strawberries
