😍 Stuffed Cabbage Rolls (Classic & Comforting)

🥬 Ingredients
- 1 large cabbage
- 500 g ground beef (or chicken)
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt & black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp cumin (optional)
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
Sauce:
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper
🍲 Instructions
- Boil the cabbage in salted water until leaves are soft. Separate carefully.
- Mix meat, rice, onion, garlic, spices, and parsley.
- Place filling on each leaf, roll tightly.
- Arrange rolls in a baking dish.
- Mix sauce ingredients and pour over the rolls.
- Cover and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 1 hour.
- Uncover last 10 minutes for a rich finish.
✨ Serve hot with bread or yogurt sauce.
