🧀 Crispy Potato Cheese Balls
Ingredients:
- 3 large potatoes, boiled & mashed
- 1 cup mozzarella or cheddar cheese (cubed or shredded)
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
- ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
- Breadcrumbs
- 1 egg (beaten)
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix mashed potatoes with butter, cornflour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Take a small amount, flatten it, add cheese in the center, and form into a ball.
- Dip each ball in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Fry in hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
Tip: Serve with ketchup, mayo, or chili sauce 🔥
