Salmon Avocado Salad Bowl (Recipe in English) 🥗🐟
Ingredients:
- Fresh salmon fillet (grilled or pan-seared)
- Mixed greens (spinach, arugula, or lettuce)
- Avocado, sliced
- Cherry tomatoes, halved
- Hard-boiled eggs, halved
- Black olives
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Garlic (optional)
- Salt & black pepper
- Dried herbs (oregano or basil)
Instructions:
- Cook the salmon:
Season with salt, pepper, olive oil, and herbs. Grill or pan-sear for 3–4 minutes per side until cooked through. - Prepare the base:
Place the mixed greens in a bowl. - Assemble the salad:
Add avocado slices, cherry tomatoes, olives, and hard-boiled eggs. - Top with salmon:
Place the warm salmon on top. - Dress:
Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Add garlic if desired. - Serve fresh and enjoy 😋
