Salmon Avocado Salad Bowl (Recipe in English) 🥗🐟

Ingredients:

  • Fresh salmon fillet (grilled or pan-seared)
  • Mixed greens (spinach, arugula, or lettuce)
  • Avocado, sliced
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Hard-boiled eggs, halved
  • Black olives
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • Garlic (optional)
  • Salt & black pepper
  • Dried herbs (oregano or basil)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the salmon:
    Season with salt, pepper, olive oil, and herbs. Grill or pan-sear for 3–4 minutes per side until cooked through.
  2. Prepare the base:
    Place the mixed greens in a bowl.
  3. Assemble the salad:
    Add avocado slices, cherry tomatoes, olives, and hard-boiled eggs.
  4. Top with salmon:
    Place the warm salmon on top.
  5. Dress:
    Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Add garlic if desired.
  6. Serve fresh and enjoy 😋
