🍰 No-Bake Creamy Biscuit Dessert
Ingredients:
- 2 cups crushed plain biscuits (tea biscuits or graham crackers)
- 100 g melted butter
- 2 cups milk
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream (or whipped topping)
- Crushed biscuits or nuts (for topping)
Instructions:
- Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter. Press half into a serving dish.
- In a saucepan, whisk milk, sugar, and cornstarch. Cook over medium heat until thick.
- Remove from heat and add vanilla. Let cool slightly.
- Fold the whipped cream gently into the custard.
- Spread half of the cream over the biscuit base.
- Add the remaining biscuit layer, then top with the rest of the cream.
- Sprinkle crushed biscuits or nuts on top.
- Refrigerate for 3–4 hours until set.

Light, creamy, and melts in your mouth 😋
