📝 Ingredients

For the Chicken:

  • 500 g chicken breast, cut into strips or pieces
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Oil for frying

For the Potatoes:

  • 3 large potatoes, cut into wedges
  • Salt, black pepper, paprika
  • A little olive oil

Honey Mustard Sauce:

  • 3 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise (optional)
  • A squeeze of lemon juice

For garnish (optional):

  • Black sesame seeds

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Potatoes:

  • Toss the potato wedges with olive oil and spices
  • Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 35–40 minutes until golden
    (or fry them in oil)

2️⃣ Chicken:

  • Season the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder
  • Coat each piece in flour, then egg, then cornflakes/breadcrumbs
  • Fry in hot oil until golden and crispy
  • Drain on paper towels

3️⃣ Sauce:

  • Mix mustard, honey, mayonnaise, and lemon juice until smooth

4️⃣ Serving:

  • Arrange crispy chicken and potato wedges on a plate
  • Drizzle with honey mustard sauce
  • Sprinkle with black sesame seeds

  • For a lighter version, cook the chicken in the oven or air fryer
