๐Ÿงพ Ingredients

๐ŸฅŸ 1 package square wonton wrappers
๐Ÿฆ€ 8 oz imitation crab
๐Ÿง€ 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
๐ŸŒฑ 5 green onions, thinly sliced
๐Ÿฅ„ 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
๐Ÿง„ 1 tsp garlic powder
๐Ÿถ 1 tsp soy sauce
๐ŸŒฐ 1 tsp sesame oil
๐Ÿฌ 2 tsp sugar
๐Ÿง‚ 2 tsp salt
⚫ 1 tsp black pepper
๐Ÿ›ข️ Vegetable oil, for frying


๐Ÿ“ Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the crab
๐Ÿฆ€ Open the imitation crab package. Rinse quickly under cold water (optional) and pat dry with paper towels.
✋ Break apart and shred the crab by hand into a large mixing bowl.

2️⃣ Mix the filling
๐ŸŒฑ Add green onions, sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder, sesame oil, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper.
๐Ÿฅฃ Mix thoroughly with a spatula.
๐Ÿง€ Add softened cream cheese and mix until smooth and well combined.

3️⃣ Assemble the wontons
๐ŸฅŸ Cover wonton wrappers with a damp paper towel to prevent drying.
๐Ÿฅ„ Place about 1½ teaspoons of filling in the center of each wrapper.
๐Ÿ”บ Fold two opposite corners toward each other (don’t touch yet), then fold the remaining two corners up.
๐Ÿค Gently press out air bubbles and pinch all seams together to form a pyramid shape.
➡️ Place on a dry surface and repeat.

4️⃣ Fry
๐Ÿ”ฅ Heat about 1½ inches of oil in a skillet over medium to medium-high heat.
๐ŸฅŸ Fry in batches for 2–4 minutes, turning until golden brown on all sides.

5️⃣ Drain & serve
๐Ÿงป Transfer to a paper towel–lined plate, placing Rangoon upside down to drain excess oil.
⏳ Let cool for 5–8 minutes.
๐Ÿฝ️ Serve immediately with sweet & sour sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
