Ingredients

  • 6 pork chops
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup cooking oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the coating
    In a bowl, mix flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.

  2. Prepare the eggs
    In another bowl, beat the eggs until smooth.

  3. Coat the pork chops
    Dip each pork chop into the egg, then into the flour mixture.
    Make sure each chop is fully coated.

  4. Heat the oil
    Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.

  5. Fry the pork chops
    Place pork chops in the hot oil and fry for about 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.

  6. Drain
    Remove and place on paper towels to remove excess oil.

  7. Serve
    Serve hot with vegetables, mashed potatoes, or salad.
