- 2 lobster tails (cut in half lengthwise)

Prep
- Season lobster and scallops with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Make sure scallops are very dry for a good sear.

- Heat olive oil + 1 tbsp butter in a hot pan.

- Remove and set aside.
