📝 Ingredients (2 servings)

  • 2 lobster tails
  • 3 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan (optional but amazing)
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Pinch of chili flakes (optional)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Lobster

  • Preheat broiler (grill) on high.
  • Cut lobster shells lengthwise and gently pull meat on top of the shell.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Brush with some melted butter.

2️⃣ Broil

  • Place lobster tails on a baking tray.
  • Broil 5–7 minutes, until meat is opaque and lightly golden.
  • Remove and set aside (don’t overcook).

3️⃣ Creamy Garlic Butter Sauce

  • In a pan, melt butter with olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add garlic, sauté 30 seconds (don’t brown).
  • Pour in cream, simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thick.
  • Add Parmesan (if using), lemon juice, chili flakes, salt & pepper.

4️⃣ Finish

  • Spoon the creamy garlic butter sauce over lobster tails.
  • Broil again 1–2 minutes until bubbly.
  • Garnish with parsley.
