📝 Ingredients (2 servings)
- 2 lobster tails
- 3 tbsp butter (melted)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan (optional but amazing)
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- ½ tsp paprika
- Pinch of chili flakes (optional)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Fresh parsley, chopped
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Lobster
- Preheat broiler (grill) on high.
- Cut lobster shells lengthwise and gently pull meat on top of the shell.
- Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
