๐งพ Ingredients:
For the Chow Mein:
- 8 oz (225g) chow mein noodles ๐
- 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cups cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup carrots, julienned ๐ฅ
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
For the BEST Chow Mein Sauce:
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
๐ฉ๐ณ Instructions:
- Cook chow mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together all sauce ingredients until smooth.
- Heat oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and stir-fry until cooked through and lightly golden.
- Add cabbage and carrots; cook for 2–3 minutes until slightly tender.
- Add cooked noodles and pour in the sauce.
- Toss everything together and cook for 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the noodles.
- Garnish with green onions and serve hot ๐

- Add bell peppers or bean sprouts for extra crunch.
- Use shrimp or beef instead of chicken if desired.
