  2. Season with Worcestershire, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Let mixture cool slightly.

2. Assemble the Bombs

  1. Flatten each biscuit/dough ball.
  2. Place 1 tablespoon beef mixture in the center.
  3. Add 1 piece of cheese on top.
  4. Pinch and seal the dough tightly into a ball.
  5. Place seam-side down on a lined baking sheet.

3. Add Garlic Parmesan Butter

  • Brush each bomb generously with the garlic-parmesan butter mixture.

4. Bake

  • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.

5. Final Touch

  • Immediately brush with more garlic butter.
  • Sprinkle extra Parmesan on top.

🔥 Tips

  • Want them extra cheesy? Add shredded cheese into the beef mixture.
  • For crispier bottoms, bake on a cast-iron skillet.
  • For a spicy version, add sriracha or chili flakes to the butter.
  • Prepping for big parties (like your 500-piece batches)? I can scale this recipe for any quantity.

Want a 500-piece party batch version, air fryer version, or stuffed with mozzarella sticks?
