CRISPY CABBAGE & EGG FRITTERS

  • 2 cups cabbage (shredded)
  • 2 eggs

  • 1 small carrot (grated, optional)

  5. HEAT oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  6. DROP spoonfuls of the mixture into the hot oil.
  7. FRY until golden brown and crispy on both sides (about 3–4 minutes each).
  8. REMOVE and drain on paper towels.
