🍳 Instructions
1. Prepare the cabbage
- Remove core and boil the whole cabbage for 5–7 minutes until outer leaves soften.
- Gently separate the leaves and trim the thick vein so they roll easily.
2. Make the filling
- Mix ground meat, onion, garlic, cooked rice, tomato paste, paprika, cumin, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Combine well until the mixture is sticky and uniform.
3. Roll the cabbage
