Lemon Garlic Butter Chicken with Creamy Parmesan Pasta ๐๐ง๐ง๐

๐งพ Ingredients
Chicken
- 2 large chicken breasts, sliced
- Salt & black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp butter ๐ง
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced ๐ง
- Zest of 1 lemon + 2 tbsp lemon juice ๐
Pasta
- 300 g pasta (fettuccine or penne)
- Salt (for boiling water)
Creamy Parmesan Sauce
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 cup heavy cream ๐ฅ
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese ๐ง
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
๐ฉ๐ณ Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil + butter in a pan over medium heat.
Sear chicken 4–5 min per side until golden. Remove and set aside. - In same pan, add garlic, sautรฉ 30 seconds.
Add lemon zest & lemon juice, then butter. Stir well. - Return chicken to pan, coat in lemon garlic butter. Remove again.
- Creamy sauce: Add butter, cream, and broth. Simmer 3–4 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan, pepper, garlic powder & seasoning until creamy.
- Add pasta (and pasta water if needed). Toss well.
- Top with chicken and spoon sauce over.
