๐ Ingredients:
For the meatballs:
- 500 g ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Paprika or chili flakes (optional)
For the creamy cheese sauce:
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk or cooking cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or mix)
- 1 small bell pepper, diced
- 2 green onions or spring onions, chopped
- Salt & pepper, to taste

Prepare the meatballs
In a bowl, mix ground beef, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and spices.
Shape into medium-sized meatballs. -
Arrange in baking dish
Place the raw meatballs in a greased baking dish in one layer. -
Make the sauce
In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk (or cream), cheese, bell pepper, green onions, salt, and pepper. -
Assemble
Pour the creamy cheese mixture evenly over the meatballs. -
Bake
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 35–40 minutes, until golden brown and fully cooked. -
