  • 8 oz pasta (fettuccine, penne, or your favorite)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes
  • Optional: squeeze of lemon

1. Cook the Pasta

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  3. Drain and set aside (reserve ½ cup pasta water).

2. Make Garlic Butter Chicken Bites

  1. In a bowl, season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken (don’t overcrowd).
    Cook 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  4. Reduce heat to medium. Add butter + minced garlic, stirring for 1 minute until fragrant.

3. Make the Creamy Parmesan Sauce

  1. In the same pan, melt 2 tbsp butter.
