🍔 PIONEER WOMAN CHEESEBURGER PIE
INGREDIENTS
- 1 LARGE ONION, CHOPPED
- 1 POUND GROUND BEEF
- ½ TEASPOON SALT
- 1 CUP GRATED CHEDDAR CHEESE
- 1 PIE CRUST (UNBAKED)
- ½ CUP MAYONNAISE
- ¼ CUP MILK
- 2 EGGS
INSTRUCTIONS
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°F (175°C).
- COOK GROUND BEEF + ONION IN A SKILLET UNTIL BROWNED. DRAIN FAT. ADD SALT.
- PLACE MEAT MIXTURE INTO PIE CRUST.
- SPRINKLE WITH CHEDDAR CHEESE.
- WHISK TOGETHER MAYONNAISE, MILK, AND EGGS.
- POUR MIXTURE OVER MEAT AND CHEESE.
- BAKE 30–35 MINUTES UNTIL GOLDEN AND SET.
- LET REST 5 MINUTES BEFORE SLICING.
